Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. The final amount depends on your delivery location and the size of your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the European Union typically takes around two weeks. In some cases, delivery may take longer if a product is temporarily out of stock. The estimated delivery time is always displayed on the product page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation
email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel during delivery.
How are Bavion products delivered?
Our furnitures are delivered fully filled with EPS beads and carefully vacuum-packed to protect the fabric during transport. Each product arrives in a single box and remains lightweight and easy to handle
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually redirect your parcel to the nearest parcel shop or arrange another delivery attempt. You can manage the delivery using the tracking information provided.

Are Bavion products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our furniture is specifically designed for outdoor environments and made from durable, weather-resistant materials suitable for terraces, gardens, balconies and poolside areas.
Are the fabrics waterproof?
Our fabrics are water-repellent and designed to handle typical outdoor conditions. However, during extended periods of heavy rain or during winter months, we recommend covering the furniture or storing it indoors to extend its lifespan.
Are the materials resistant to sun and weather?
Yes. The materials used in our products are selected for outdoor use and arendesigned to withstand regular sun exposure and changing weather conditions.
DoI need to assemble the furniture?
No assembly is required. Your furniture arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Simply remove the packaging and allow the product to expand to its natural shape.
What should I do if the fabric has wrinkles after unpacking?
Because the products are vacuum-packed for transport, some wrinkles may appear when first unpacked. These usually disappear naturally within a few days. If you prefer a quicker solution, you can gently use a handheld fabric steamer to smooth the fabric.
Can the furniture be refilled over time?
Yes. Over time, the EPS beads may compress slightly with regular use. If the comfort decreases after several years, the filling can be topped up. Please contact us and we will advise you on the correct refill amount.
Product Care & Maintenance
Is the furniture sensitive to mold?
No. The materials used in Bavion furniture are designed for outdoor environments. However, we recommend occasionally placing the seats upside down so that the bottom side can ventilate and dry properly.
How should I clean Bavion furniture?
For regular cleaning, simply rinse the furniture with a garden hose or clean it with a pressure washer. When using a pressure washer, keep a distance of at least 20 cm from the fabric. If necessary, you can use mild soap. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
How can I remove stains?
For stains, gently dab the affected area with a soft absorbent cloth. Use a solution of mild soap and water to clean the stain. Avoid rubbing the fabric aggressively, as this may damage the material.
Durability & Outdoor Use
How durable are Bavion products?
Bavion furniture is designed for long-term outdoor use. We use durable fabrics and high-quality EPS filling that maintains its comfort and shape over time while remaining lightweight and practical.
Can Bavion furniture stay outside all year?
Our furniture is made for outdoor environments and performs well in normal weather conditions. However, we recommend storing the furniture indoors or under cover during winter or during extended periods of harsh weather. Extreme cold, frost, snow and humidity can affect even durable outdoor materials over time.
Will the furniture lose its shape over time?
The high-quality EPS bead filling provides lasting comfort and support. With regular use, the filling may compress slightly over time, but the furniture can easily be refilled to restore its original comfort.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and payment confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day risk-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within this period. Full details are available on our Return Policy page.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All Bavion products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty under normal use.
