Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom products may require additional production time — in such cases, the estimated production and shipping timeline will be communicated separately. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Origin
All products are shipped from Hungary by Benzon & Berger Kft.

Shipping Destinations
We ship primarily within the European Union. Shipping to other destinations may be available upon request.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and weight. All costs are clearly displayed before completing your order.

Delivery
Smaller orders are typically shipped via GLS or a similar parcel carrier. Larger furniture pieces and pallet shipments are delivered through DACHSER or a comparable freight partner experienced in handling oversized items with care.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are made to curbside, driveway, or the main building entrance.
  • For larger shipments, the carrier may contact you in advance to arrange delivery details.
  • Deliveries to islands or remote areas may require additional transit time.
  • If you require indoor delivery or any special arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the European Union is typically 3–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking information.

Customs and Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@bavionfurniture.com within 5 days of delivery.
