Welcome to Bavion Furniture.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bavion Furniture website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Throughout these Terms, the terms “Bavion Furniture”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Benzon & Berger Kft.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Certain products may be made-to-order, custom-made, or produced in limited quantities.

Measurements, descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product availability at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Bavion Furniture.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inaccurate product information, typographical errors, or unusual order activity.

An order is considered accepted only once you receive a confirmation that the order has been processed and accepted by us.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain products may be manufactured specifically upon order, customized, or produced according to customer-selected specifications, including fabrics, colors, dimensions, or configurations.

Because such products are made specifically for the customer, cancellation, modification, return, or exchange may not be possible once production has started, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Estimated production and delivery times for custom or made-to-order products are approximate only.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges are calculated separately where applicable and displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers available via Shopify.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, supplier delays, raw material shortages, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided in your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers located within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made or personalized products produced specifically according to the customer’s request or specifications.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights, legal guarantees, warranties, or remedies that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumers within the European Union may be entitled to certain legal rights relating to defective, damaged, or non-conforming products under applicable legislation.

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, product designs, graphics, logos, branding, videos, website design, and other materials, is the property of Bavion Furniture or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store.

By using the Services or communicating with us electronically, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, invoices, shipping updates, and customer service communications.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bavion Furniture, its affiliates, partners, service providers, employees, and contractors against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
